I like receptionists and staffs they are very kind and helpful.

Breakfast before was much better but now lack of foods needs to be improved urgently specially for break fast or change the restaurant . Rooms are clean but still need some improvements for comfort. Thanks

Clean, comfortable, the lady in the reception, I don't know her name, was very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast, value for money. I have been in the hotel many times and planing to visit it again

Nothing.

The bathroom was very dirty you could even smell the piss from the door. Absolute rubbish. The food from the menu was priced a bit high and the taste was not satisfying at all.

i paid for my friend and used my credit card and sent it with him but they were insisting on me signing a form from their side and including my ccv number where they already took the money which i didn’t face in any other hotel especially 5 star hotels

What was the highlight of Rayan Hotel Sharjah

Very disappointing!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.

When we first arrived the receptionist helped many people before us, even though we were first in the line. During our check-in, the receptionist told one of the other staff members to just push our single beds together even though we had booked a room with a double bed. Then, we went to our room and the kettle was not functioning. After calling the receptionist, they sent up three different people to confirm that it was broken. After an hour, a new kettle was delivered to the room. The following day, we went out and made sure that the button, which displayed outside the room, indicated that we required our room to be cleaned. When we returned later that afternoon, our room had not been cleaned. The towels were also not replaced. We called the receptionist who said that he will get someone to clean it immediately, however, we needed to get ready to go out so we asked him to get someone to clean it in an hour but if he could please organize new towels for us to use to get ready. We called back twice (within the space of 20 minutes) to ask where our towels were and after the second time, the receptionist put the phone down in my wife's ear. I was not happy at all so I went to the reception area to speak to a manager. We informed the manager of all our incidents and he apologized about everything. He said he would personally bring us new towels in 10 minutes, however, a cleaner brought the towels which he said he was going to bring. An apology did not seem sufficient. The last morning at the hotel, my wife asked the breakfast staff if new fruit was going to be brought out as the fruit was nearly done and very limited. The staff lady was not concerned and just said it will come out shortly. There were also no glasses for juice/water and when asked, they also said it will come shortly but did nothing to assist the matter. They did not seem eager to please or assist the guests.

Staff were very helpful .

Very poor breakfast, everything were to much cold even water for making tea and coffee. The hotel is not clean like before , hotel quality has dropped very fast in one year. I was planing to stay for three days but I stayed only one day.

With some improvements, this hotel can be much better, .

With some improvements, this hotel can be much better, . If I were the owner I would : 1-Repkace sitting chairs in the room with better quality. 2- Most important , change the Chef because food is awful . Specially when you order meat. 3- Cafe is so badly taken care of that it is impossible to invite any of your guests. 4- Replace and pay attention to the Locks of the rooms. 5- Create a SPA and club health not only for guests ,but, for residents in Area. 6- Improve the servcie quality by imploying experienced staff .
